§ The problem

Managing a large infrastructure program, timelines, budget, and spend across many projects, a total budget over $1 billion, was complex and hard to see in real time.

§ What WCG did

We worked with the client to map their project-management needs, designed the data model, and built a web application on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps for the interface, Power Automate for workflow, Power BI for reporting, SharePoint for documents and collaboration). Project managers got a single, real-time view to track milestones and budget, flag issues early, and collaborate to resolve them.

§ The result

Significant improvements in project-delivery timelines and budget management, with one governed system of record replacing scattered tracking.

§ Why it matters

Process redesign first, then the right tooling, the same operating-model-first approach behind the Sprint, applied to a complex, high-dollar program.

The AI Transformation Sprint

Discuss your first workflow.

A single high-value workflow, selected, designed, and prototyped in five weeks, with a rollout plan and a fixed-scope build proposal. Some clients continue into a larger buildout; others leave with the prototype, roadmap, and internal decision package.
